It was cool and rainy today. I think the kids decided it was fall. On the way to school Zack asked when I would be making gingerbread. That was all the persuasion I needed!
Zoey and I lit a pumpkin scented candle, turned on Christmas music, and made gingerbread cookies!
It was really a lot of fun. I will have fond memories of this day when it is 90 degrees outside in a few days!
The kids came home and ate all of the cookies. This will have to be a rainy day tradition.
